Description of problem:
/var/log/messages is spammed with 'vdsm MOM WARN MOM not available, KSM stats will be missing.'

The messages log and vdsm log are spammed with this warning.

How reproducible:
Always, on all servers both 4.0.6 and master 4.1
The messages log filled with those errors all over.All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run vdsm

Actual results:
Logs are spammed with mom not available
