Doc Text:
Cause: The spoolss AddPrinterDriver call did not support the flag APD_COPY_FROM_DIRECTORY. Consequence: It wasn't possible to upload printer drivers from Windows 10 which uses this flag. Fix: We implement support for the APD_COPY_FROM_DIRECTORY flag in AddPrinterDriver. Result: Printer driver uploads work from Windows 10.

This is needed that newer Windows versions are able to upload printer drivers using spoolss. We need to support this till we have [MS-PAR] implemented.
