How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to cloud->stacks->select a stack
2.click on the instance in relationship section of stack summary page
3.select the instance and from Power click on "start"(or any power control operations).

Actual results:
:Error during 'start': Unknown task, start" displayed in UI. see attached screenshot


Expected results:
should be able to perform power control operations when navigated through stack summary page.

Able to perform power operations.
Verified in Version 5.9.0.7.20171107212356_ed87902
