Description of problem:
When I open a new terminal everything I have in .bash_profile is not available.
Yes I use bash, and this happens with gnome-terminal, if i go to the console without graphical interface everything works as expected.

gnome-terminal-3.22.1-1.fc25.x86_64
bash-4.3.43-4.fc25.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to gnome-shell
2. Open a gnome-terminal
3. Check if variables in .bash_profile are available
