Description of problem:

on Fedora 24 spacewalk-abrt leaves avc msg in audit.log:

type=AVC msg=audit(1479997541.888:301): avc:  denied  { execmem } for  pid=5173 comm="spacewalk-abrt" scontext=system_u:system_r:abrt_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023 tcontext=system_u:system_r:abrt_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023 tclass=process permissive=0

always after every 'abrt event'

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install spacewalk-abrt
2. run abrt service
3. produce event for abrt (kill -s SEGV)

Actual results:
avc denied in audit.log
