Description of problem:

the rpm "fuse-encfs" is missing for RHEL6 and can't be found by yum.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
yum --enablerepo=epel install fuse-encfs

Steps to Reproduce:

3.

Actual results:
no package "fuse-encfs" available

Expected results:
rpm fuse-encfs available for RHEL6

As the rpm exists for RHEL7, please build it again for RHEL6 and load it into the repo back.

The rpm is still available on this repo: 
http://mirrors.sohu.com/fedora-epel/6/x86_64/

but not any more in this one http://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/fedora-epel/6/x86_64/
