Description of problem: I found that games, even "native" (like L4D2) or commonly tested across Linux (like Unity based) are randomly freezing. It has no co relation between time or cpu/mem/gpu load. Fullscreen/windowed mode doesn't helps. I was unable to find any logs, please point me where to look, and whats might help. To me it seems just freeze. === Ill report to Cinnamon GitHub, if you decide that its not Fedora only problem. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Cinnamon 3.2.1 How reproducible: Try to run any OpenGL game (Tested with Dota, Portal, Left 4 Dead, Guns of Icarus) Wait. It occurrences randomly, but never longer than in 10 minutes. Steps to Reproduce: (???) 1. Run any OpenGL 3d game under Cinnamon Fedora 25 2. Wait until window freeze occures 3. Try to spot reason Actual results: Game freezes randomly, sometimes even in settings menu (i assume no draw calls on 3d context) Expected results: Game runs like in Gnome Additional info:
Don't waste my time by reporting an issue without error logs or even basic hardware/driver info!
(In reply to Kirill Berezin from comment #0) > Try to run any OpenGL game (Tested with Dota, Portal, Left 4 Dead, Guns of > Icarus) And for the record I don't accept steam issues as their software is built for ubuntu and not fit for propose on fedora.
