Description of problem:
 The partition table setting for a nested host group is not being inherited when creating a new host

Customer has host group as below:

rhel7base
-partition table: unisa_rhel7_partition

nested host group

rhel7_base/rhel7_dev
- partition table: inherit parent

How reproducible:
During provisioning a new host, if content source, puppet master and ca is selected the partition table gets blank.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Partition table gets blank.

Expected results:

Partition table should be populated

Does the parent hostgroup contain architecture and operating system as well?

I have tried to reproduce the issue with OS and architecture fields present, unfortunately unsuccessfully. Could you please provide exact steps to reproduce it?
