Version 3 of the Python SDK has been deprecated since version 4.0 of oVirt, and it will be removed completely in version 4.2, together with version 3 of the API.

Note there is now a new version of the SDK, that is fully supported and works with version 4 of the API:

Cannot upload enabled repos report, is this client registered?

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.0 release, published on May 20th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.4.0 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
