During Ocata cycle create ironic blueprint for:
* specify NIC for PXE/iPXE booting of a node
* configuration of NIC for PXE/iPXE

Target development to Pike cycle.

Maybe we should only leave NIC choice specification in this BZ and NIC configuration for PXE/iPXE booting in 1394884
