Please try it with coreutils-8.22-18.el7 with the --local option.

Info required in comment #1 is still needed to proceed with this bug.  Please attach also the contents of /proc/mounts from the affected system.

The above fix actually depends on fixes for bug #1042840, which landed earlier.

Thank you for providing the details!

I am able to reproduce it with kernel-3.10.0-620.el7 but not with kernel-3.10.0-621.el7 and newer.  I believe that the issue is going to be fixed with bug #1413523.

Could you please retest it with kernel-3.10.0-621.el7.x86_64 or newer?
