Tested with バージョン 5.7.0.16.20161213213754_1ad3545 
The My request submenu is not localized for German language. Other languages are fine. Please see attached screenshot.
Changing the status back to assigned.

This bug is because the German translation for 5.7. Service UI hasn't been
100% completed (it's about 82% completed).
