Description of problem: When we install some more devel packages on the system when we build the mariadb package (i.e. package is not build in clean environment), it fails to build, because some more files are installed than expected. This requires better analysis of optional dependencies and we may either add the missing dependencies as BuildRequires to enable some more features or explicitly disable some features in cmake call to avoid build failures outside mock (clean) environment. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): mariadb-10.1.19 How reproducible: every-time Steps to Reproduce: 1. dnf install bzip2-devel cracklib-devel java-1.8.0-openjdk-devel libarchive-devel libev-devel libev-libevent-devel libxml2-devel readline-devel snappy-devel unixODBC-devel valgrind-devel xz-devel 2. rebuild mariadb package Actual results: rebuild fails Expected results: rebuild should not fail more info TBD
I found the problematic devel package from this list. It is "cracklib-devel", which enables build of some new library or plugin, which we don't expect to pack.
