Description of problem: Since terminator-1.90-1.fc25.noarch update the copy/paste got got borken. When selecting a text with mouse the selected test won't be copied to the buffer and therefore won't be pasted by middle click System terminal gnome-terminal-3.22.1-1.fc25.x86_64 works as well with no issues with copy/paste .. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): terminator-1.90-1.fc25.noarch How reproducible: Try to copy paste with mouse select and mouse middle click Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select any text in the terminal window. 2. Press middle click on your mouse Actual results: It doesn't paste the selected text. Expected results: The selected text should be pasted at cursor position. Additional info: NA
Hmmm, interesting, it works for me. (I'm on Ubuntu Yakkety, but the same Terminator version, that's what really should matter.) What does Shift+Insert do instead of middle click? For me they're the same. Does toggling the profile preference "Copy on selection" make any difference for you? (I don't think it will, but maybe.)
Could this be a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1401275 Can you make sure that "copy on selection" is enabled in the terminator profile you're using?
