add the new web-ui to shipping of RHV, we may not expose it, but we do want to ship the dependency since it is included in upstream - easier than a downstream patch

Currently there is no link to the new UI from the Welcome page, will there be a link?

Yaniv Dary thinks that there should be a link.

Marek, could you please attach a screenshot of the link so that I can accurately update the doc text to reflect what the customer will see in 4.1.
