Description of problem:
We would like OpenLDAP to be compiled with OpenSSL instead of MozNSS.

Proposed fix:
Compile with --with-tls=openssl instead of --with-tls=moznss.

Considerations to be taken:
- backward MozNSS compatibility - MozNSS-specific TLS options and NSS database compatibility
- thorough testing

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.

This change is now part of the current Rawhide which is the future F28. Therefore, closing as NEXTRELEASE.
