Description of problem:
Upgraded to Fedora 25 from 24. Working openconnect VPN network was unable to connect. Removed the network and tried to add it again, was unable to add given that the VPN connection editor does not load.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Fedora 25. Open network settings.
2. Add VPN --> Cisco AnyConnect Compatible VPN (openconnect)
3. Error: unable to load VPN connection editor should appear

Found this old bug but was unable to fix.
