Custom facts that are structured are not reflected that way in Satellite 6.2.X

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a custom, structure fact. 
2. View Host in Sat 6 WebUI
3.

Actual results:

Fact is not detected as structured and can't be expanded

Expected results:

For the fact to be detected as Structured.
