Description of problem:
Python 2 packages should start with prefix pyhton2-

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.1.8-1.fc26.x86_64

How reproducible:
Deterministic

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install -y python2-talloc python2-talloc-devel
2.
3.

Actual results:
No package python2-talloc available.
No package python2-talloc-devel available.
Error: Unable to find a match

Expected results:
Packages are successfully  installed

Additional info:
Rename package just in fedora rawhide due to dnf bug/feature BZ1096506

Patches from BZ1401231 required fro this BZ were pushed to samba master

It would be good to backport them even thought -Werror=implicit-function-declaration -Werror=implicit-int were removed from redhat-rpm-config

I'm afraid also here I'm seeing some issues with patching the libreplace files. Could you ask for pkgdb commit rights so that you can build the update yourself?
