Description of problem:
In guide
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Bundling_and_Duplication_of_system_libraries
there is written that bundled libraries must be declared into spec file by using Provides: bundled(<libname>)

python-django package contains [1] jquery, xregexp but they are not declared in the spec file of python-django
