Description of problem:
The Nautilus icon in Gnome had the icon name changed in 3.22 release, which breaks the icon theme. There is an upstream fix that is not available in Fedora 25.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Gnome
2. Icon is not themed
3. Profit?

Actual results:
Nautilus icon is not themed

Expected results:
Nautilus icon is themed by numix-icon-theme-circle

This has been fixed upstream but can see no package updates in Fedora:
