Due to a bug in the rdma package, the dracut utility failed to insert the mlx4_en module into the system's initial RAM file system (initramfs) when using the kernel-rt package. This has been fixed, and the mlx4_en module is now inserted correctly.

This bug has been copied from bug #1389554 and has been proposed
to be backported to 6.8 z-stream (EUS).
