Description of problem:A number of timezones fail to set through appliance console


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.14


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.provision appliance
2.load appliance_console
3.select option 5 'set timezone'
4.select America followed by one of the following

Argentina, Indiana, Kentucky, North_Dakota

Actual results:
Timezone Configuration

        Timezone area: America
        Timezone city: Indiana

Apply timezone configuration? (Y/N): y
Activate starting
Applying timezone to America/Indiana...
Failed to apply timezone configuration
Timezone not configured

Press any key to continue.


Expected results: Timezone set correctly


Additional info:
All other timezones are able to be set correctly
