Automate log shows this for Infrastructure 'Reconfigure this VM' but nothing for OpenStack 'Reconfigure this instance'. Now OpenStack instance 'Reconfigure this instance' does call automate event and Automate log shows "VmCloudReconfigureRequest_created#create" in log. Verified in version Version 5.9.0.9.20171115202245_7429f75
