Description of problem: We noticed the search filter for "App Name" (under Catalog --> Order Service --> Provision a Single Tier Environment/Provision a 3-Tiered Environment) is no longer searchable with multiple characters. For example, I need to select the "TurboTax Online (TTO)" application but when I type "turbo" it brings me to the start of the application list that begin with "O". CF 3.2 allowed us to type "turbo" and it would go to the first application that began with Turbo. Verified in 5.8.0.9. Ordering service from catalog allows drop downs to be filter searched.
