Description of problem:
No reaction from the Import VM prompt when trying to confirm a VM import from export domain that has the same name as one of the VMs in the system has. The VM name text box should get highlighted.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.0.6-0.1.el7ev.noarch
ovirt-engine-4.0.6-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export a VM to export domain
2. Try to import the VM from the export domain while the VM name is similar to the VM in the setup

Actual results:
The OK button in the Import VM prompt seems indifferent, the VM name text box does not get highlighted.

Expected results:
The VM name text box should get highlighted if the VM name of the imported VM already exists in the setup.
