Description of problem:

In doc/preparations.txt, the user is pointed to doc/managed-db.txt which does not exist.

In the same file, there is the following text:
"""
If you are upgrading from Satellite 5.6 with already existing Managed Database
installation running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Server, please follow the
instructions in:

    doc/managed-db-upgrade.txt
"""

However, this should be also valid for 5.7, not just 5.6.
