Description Peter Lemenkov 2016-12-14 13:07:00 UTC
Sometimes during RabbitMQ startup this message pops up. We indeed don't support upgrades in this library, because it's stateless, so no state has to survive during upgrades.

Although this message is harmless, it's a constant source of confusion. Let's fix it by adding stub upgrade function, and thus suppressing it.

Verified on: erlang-sd_notify-1.0-1.el7ost

The message was not shown during startup after few fence attemps and cluster restart.
