+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1404442 +++

Description of problem:
- We add an option to cache all extended attributes for an inode
- This is an option to bypass the whitelisted xattrs to cache
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Found in FB development branaches
