after Service Stop was initiated

Description of problem:SSUI power state is empty no matter in which state VMs are.And the only available option is - Stop. which throws Service into infinite "stopping" and disables all other UI controls like Remove/Retire/Start/Stop

How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Prepate Service and VM  provisioned with this Service
2.Stop Service via SSUI Stop button

Actual results:"stopping" forever


Expected results: Service power state should change
