Description Merlin Mathesius 2016-12-16 18:35:59 UTC
jnr-enxio-0.12-1.fc25 fails to build from source.

This affects Base Runtime, Rawhide, and F25.

The reason for this is undeclared build dependencies on maven-plugin-bundle, maven-source-plugin, and sonatype-oss-parent.

This can be corrected by adding BuildRequires for maven-plugin-bundle, maven-source-plugin, and sonatype-oss-parent.

Please apply the patch or respond with a reason it should not be applied within two weeks. After that time, a provenpackager will go ahead and apply it.

Comment 3 Roland Grunberg 2016-12-16 20:38:07 UTC
Thanks for catching this. Yes, those packages are clearly BuildRequires.

Comment 4 Roland Grunberg 2016-12-16 20:49:30 UTC
I can push builds for jnr-enxio but unfortunately I don't have commit rights on jnr-constants, but I think Alex can probably do those.

Comment 5 Merlin Mathesius 2016-12-16 21:36:21 UTC
Thank you for the quick fix!

Comment 6 Roland Grunberg 2016-12-19 15:24:38 UTC
I've pushed this on both rawhide and f25. Is doing a buildroot override (for f25) enough to use this, or would you need this pushed as an update in f25 ?

Comment 7 Merlin Mathesius 2016-12-19 16:43:16 UTC
Thanks for checking, but BaseRuntime will rebuild as needed--so no need to push anywhere else.

Comment 8 Roland Grunberg 2017-01-04 19:45:27 UTC
Marking as CLOSED (RAWHIDE), since this need not be pushed to updates.
