[ReBranding] Change rhevm-setup-plugins name From 'rhev' to 'rhv'

The following packages that were shipped in RHV 4.0 will need naming updates for 4.1 to be consistent with the branding changes introduced in 4.0 ('Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization'->'Red Hat Virtualization') rhevm-setup-plugins-4.0.0.1-1.el7ev.noarch.rpm Simply remove the 'e' for 4.1 package.
The following also need changes: rhevm-4.0.0.6-0.1.el7ev.noarch.rpm rhevm-dependencies-4.0.0-1.el7ev.noarch.rpm

Verified in ovirt-engine-4.2.0-0.6.el7.noarch rhvm-setup-plugins-4.2.0-1.el7ev.noarch rhvm-setup-plugins build is attached to the erratum. The package is installable, no conflicts were detected due to the new name.
