Description Merlin Mathesius 2016-12-16 21:49:35 UTC
java-comment-preprocessor-6.0.1-3.fc25 fails to build from source.

This affects Base Runtime, Rawhide, and F25.

The reason for this is undeclared build dependencies on maven-plugin-plugin, maven-source-plugin, and maven-plugin-testing-harness.

This can be corrected by adding BuildRequires for maven-plugin-plugin, maven-source-plugin, and maven-plugin-testing-harness.

Thank you for the quick fix.

Comment 5 Mikolaj Izdebski 2017-01-31 23:44:36 UTC
Patch was committed, but build not submitted. Reopening.

Comment 6 Mikolaj Izdebski 2017-02-01 00:07:17 UTC
Fixed in rawhide only, https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=837511

F25 is still not fixed, I'll leave it up to the maintainer.

Comment 7 Pavel Raiskup 2017-02-20 09:39:32 UTC
Mikolaj, do we need build in F25?

I personally don't have any need for fixing F25, but AFAIK modularity work is based on F25.

Comment 9 Merlin Mathesius 2017-02-21 22:40:15 UTC
Base Runtime / Modularity is fine with just the Rawhide build of the package.

Comment 10 Pavel Raiskup 2017-02-22 05:48:25 UTC
OK, closing. The commit is merged in f25 (without build).
