Description of problem:
Solaris systems can be registered even if the "Enable Solaris support" in Admin/'Red Hat Satellite Configuration' checkbox is not checked

How reproducible:
deterministic

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Verify the checkbox is not checked
2. On your Solaris, run rhnreg_ks and notice the system gets registered

Actual results:
The system gets registered

Expected results:
The system should not be allowed to register

Sat 5.7 is affected. Sat <5.7 is probably affected but I haven't tested it.
Sat 5.8 is NOT affected.

Solaris support is being discontinued with the upcoming SATELLITE-5.8 release. Closing WONTFIX
