I've just built Theano on Python 3.6 and almost all the tests fails, but the RPM build continues. Is that intentional?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.

This seems to be fixed in version 0.9.0, which I will build shortly.  At least, my first attempt at building 0.9.0 also had some failed tests, but %check aborted this time.  I've made a few adjustments and the tests pass now, too.
