Description of problem:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/rawdevices
/etc/rc.d/init.d/random

These files are not set executable so you can't start the service.
You will see command interpretor permision denied during bootup for
these two services.

initscripts-6.47.11-1

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest U6 candidate
