Description of problem:

The VfsNicLabelWidget takes minimal to much width to be displayed
without a vertical scrollbar, but does not use all vertical space
available.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit virtual function configuration in host network setup.
      -> not needed horizontal scrollbar is shown, see attachment actual0
2. Add many labels
      -> not all available vertical space is used, see attachment actual1
3.

Actual results:
see attachments actual0 and actual1

Expected results:
see attachments expected0 and expected1
