2.Click 'My Services', then click the service.


Actual results:

Hand pointer without clickable link on the service icon in SSUI.
See attached screen shot.


Expected results:
-----------------
The hand pointer should be removed.

I have put in a PR https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-service/pull/419 to address this cursor pointer css issue.
