We've agreed that a local merge followed by a push to refs/heads/$branch is the way to go, but the second step requires push rights in Gerrit, which none of us have.  Ideally that should be Shreyas and/or Kevin, but I'd be willing to act as a human proxy if for some reason that's objectionable.

This is fixed. The FB group as well as you have push rights.
