Description of problem: cinnamon does not require xorg-libinput, it can deal with evdev, synaptics, or xorg-libinput. And let's be honest, if a desktop is installed without any input drivers then we have other problems anyway. Just dropping the line is enough.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
