Description of problem:
Containers that origin from an unknown image registry fail to run SSA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an image that comes from an unknown image registry
2. Attempt to run a SmartState analysis on it
3.

Actual results:
The scan fails

Expected results:
The scan should succeed
