Description of problem: Currently unattached SDs can only be attached to a DC that is compatible to their format version. There is no reason to filter out old storage domains when attaching storage domain to a new Data Center since those storage domains should be upgraded automatically on attach. Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Go to a 4.1 Data Center and press the attach button to get a list of optional Storage Domains 3. See that the storage domain which added at step 1 is one of those optional Storage Domains.

See that the storage domain which added at step 1 is one of those optional Storage Domains.
