Tested with the following code:

ovirt-engine-4.1.0-0.4.master.20170109222652.git53fd6cb.el7.centos.noarch

Tested with the following scenario:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new vm and create new vm lease on one of the storage domains
2. switch this storage domain to maintenance 
3. detach the storage domain with the lease

Actual results:
detach fails with warning about existing leases (of vms and templates) on this storage domain 

Expected results:

Moving to VERIFIED!
