This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Doc Text:	* Previously, the portblock resource agent did not use the -w parameter of the iptables command. As a consequence, the portblock resources randomly failed when several resources were running at the same time. The bug has been fixed.
