Describe the issue: In documentation below commands are mentioned :

$ oc create -f miq-pv-example.yaml
$ oc create -f miq-pv-app-example.yaml
$ oc create -f templates/miq-template.yaml

However, there is no reference to thise files or any examples for how to create these yaml files.
