Thanks for the patch. Not sure if it should be applied or not as the mirrormanager package probably could be retired now that the mirrormanager2 package exists. We could keep this package active for EPEL-6 for the report_mirror part and use mirrormanager2 on the newer branches (EPEL-7, F24, F25). Unrelated to his bug report, but mirrormanager2 has not had a release on EPEL-7.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle. Changing version to '26'.
