I beam is generally reserved for text, should be the hand

Description of problem:
The eye icon we use to reveal stored passwords should modify the mouse cursor to be the hand, which is generally displayed when hovering over clickable things. Right now we're showing the text I beam, which doesn't make you think you can click on the icon.
