Description of problem:
By trying to remove disk in edit dialog for VM UI error appears 'Exception caught: undefined' and user must reload the page.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-userportal-4.1.0-0.4.master.20170118090304.git86ab9ea.el7.centos.noarch

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit VM
2. click on '-' by the disk in General tab

Actual results: UI error


Expected results: confirm dialog pops up

removing disk in edit form on user portal works OK

verified in ovirt-engine-userportal-4.1.1-0.1.el7.noarch
