Description of problem:

In OVS 2.7, arbitrary port naming is a feature for 'dpdk' ports i.e. physical NICs being used by the OVS-DPDK datapath. This was a usability requirement needed for removal of the "experimental" tag. However, it requires additional config information in OVSDB that was not needed when using OVS 2.6

This bugzilla is to write a helper script to make it easier for customers to switch from the OVS 2.6 naming scheme to the new OVS 2.7 naming scheme.
