Description of problem:
Tables used in the Subscription section don't match other tables we use in QCI. They're very basic and only display information, you can't search, sort, filter, paginate, or do anything other than look through items and select them.
They would be more consistent if they were also updated to PF tables so that they matched the RHV ones in look, feel, and features. Looking through an org with many subscriptions, it could be useful to have those extra ways of manipulating the data in the tables to help quickly find what you want.
